Pizza Ranch was born in 2009 when founders Jake and Maria Castillo opened their first kitchen on State Highway 248 in Branson, Missouri. Their dream was simple but powerful: bring the bold, tangy spirit of ranch-style cooking to handcrafted pizza in a way no one had tried before.
What started as a tiny ten-table dining room quickly grew into a beloved local landmark. Jake and Maria Castillo open Pizza Ranch in a cozy 10-table space on State Hwy 248. The ranch pizza concept is born — hand-tossed dough, house-made ranch sauce, and bold toppings from local farms.
Overwhelming demand drives a full dining room expansion — seating grows to 80 guests. Pizza Ranch introduces its first catering menu, serving Branson weddings, corporate events, and school fundraisers.
Pizza Ranch earns "Best Pizza in Branson" from the Ozark Food & Wine Festival — three years running. The signature Smoky Ranch BBQ Chicken pizza becomes a regional icon.
